How to Get Started with Our Dental Office

Your First Visit
Your first visit will primarily involve us trying to learn as much as possible about you and your oral health so we can determine the most effective way to care for your smile. We’ll take X-rays, intraoral photos, do a soft tissue evaluation, and Dr. Parry will perform a thorough exam. All of this information will be put into a report, which Dr. Parry will go over with you. He’ll ask what you hope to accomplish by coming to see us, and using your input, he’ll work with you to put together your treatment plan.
Patient Forms
To help you save time at your appointment, please take a moment to download our patient forms and fill them out at home. When you bring the completed forms on the day of your visit, we’ll be able to check you in right away and cut down on your already short wait time.
