Michelle walked out of her consultation with Dr. Parry not only excited about what he could do for her smile, but she felt like he truly listened to her. It was a conversation, not a dictation or sales pitch, and this made all the difference.
“Dr. Parry was wonderful at listening to me. He was interested in my goals and what I wanted to achieve before sharing possible options to explore. We discussed thoroughly the pros and cons of the options and ultimately it was my decision. I never felt forced or pressured to do something. It felt like a true partnership throughout the entire process.”
Michelle ended up receiving a combination of orthodontics and teeth whitening, an experience she said was refreshingly easy and straightforward.
“I never felt any anxiety and I think that was based on the trust which was established very early on… I appreciated Dr. Parry’s approach, but also the entire team at Magnolia Shores which included the assistants and office staff. Everyone was great, helpful and patient focused. He has such a strong reputation in our Summerfield community.”
Her only regret? Not coming to see Dr. Parry sooner! She expressed that she wished she had done this years ago, but all the compliments she’s receiving about her new smile are certainly making up for lost time.
